Vitamix Spinach Ginger Wellness Juice: Dairy Free, Vegan

Hey there! Are you avoiding the flu bugs going around? Let's hope so. We're both still under the weather (yuck!) but it's fine, at least we're catching up on Netflix. Yesterday, we ate some really yummy, spicy Vietnamese noodle soup—that definitely helped.

Today we have another healing recipe; it's something to combat a system full of DayQuil and Mucinex. Better yet, we made in our Vitamix. It's the perfect thing for wellness juices. So easy, so many antioxidants, and you use the whole wonderful fruit. Plus, unlike those "green juices" that everyone drinks but no one really likes, this tastes good. Like really, amazingly delicious. And the ginger will help any cold feel better.



1 banana
1/3 cucumber
1 cup mango, diced (ours was frozen)
1 inch ginger, peeled
2 cups spinach
6 cubs ice
1/2 cup orange juice

1. Blend
Take the peel of your banana, mango and ginger. Put your fruits, veggies, ginger and ice into your Vitamix and blend. Pour in the orange juice, using as much or as little as you'd like to get your preferred consistency.

Yum. So much goodness in one delicious cup. Drink up!
